Gearboxes
A complete stainless steel bodied motor/gearbox solution is now available from Marlin Stainless.
Both the motors and gearboxes have been developed specially for industries that make heavy demands on hygienic,
easy-to-clean designs that are free from potential contamination hazards, like flaking paint and rusty surfaces.
The worm gearboxes are designed with smooth, acid-resistant stainless steel bodies and hollow shafts with life lubricated gears.
The gearboxes are available with centre distances of 31, 42 and 61mm with ratios from 5:1 to 75:1. Torques range from 0.9Nm to 208Nm and options include gears with torque pins, food spec lubricants and various output shaft designs. Other adaptations can be offered upon request.
