Marlin Beats Corrosion
All external components including the motor shaft are manufactured in 304 stainless steel. This gives excellent resistance to corrosion. There is no paint to flake off and chemical proofing gives a durable solution for hygiene.
Marlin is Washdown Tolerant
Rated to IP66 the Marlin stainless is a proven design for CIP areas and washdown situations. A double lip seal and a second GAMMA seal fitted on the shaft is one example of the attention to detail for potential ingress areas of the motor.
Use Marlin Where Hygiene Counts
Unlike standard motors the Marlin stainless range has no cooling fins, it has no paint to chip or flake off and it has no surface that will rust. This means that waste products can be washed away easily leaving no residue and the motor can be used with confidence in food processing areas. even the rating plate is engraved on the outer casing to reduce areas where bacteria can lurk.
